It was extremely windy last night and is again today. This one tree in particular was swaying back and forth from the ground up. Andy said he’d get to my home as soon as he could. He stopped at his shop, enroute to my home, to ensure he had all the right gear to cut my tree down incase that is what would be required. He got to my home within minutes, made a professional assessment and with my approval cut my tree down immediately. He is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and extremely efficient. "Andreas and Zach were exceptionally good. We had a Linden tree with a large crack down the middle, hanging over 2 houses, power lines and the sidewalk. Why 5 stars? They showed up on time. They were very safety focused and made sure the worksite stayed clean and secure. They worked fast, efficiently and in a very methodical way. They clearly knew what they were doing, navigating around 2 sets of power lines running under the tree, along with the 2 houses and a sidewalk. When they finished, they left the lawns, walkways and driveways perfectly clean. And last, but not least, we got 3 quotes for the work and The Arborist’s pricing was good. Andy took care of everything (including contacting the school yard behind us to arrange access) and was polite and responsive leading up to the work. On the day of the work he removed 5 big dead trees with a crane and left both our yard and the school yard in perfect shape.
